Initial Phone Consultation
15 minute counselling session for one individual over the phone (first appointment only) *Please call or e-mail to book
INDIVIDUAL Counselling Session - 60 min
1 hour individual counselling session in our office or over online video or phone
COUPLES Counselling Session - 60 min
1 hour counselling session for a couple in our office or over online video or phone
YOUTH Counselling Session - 60 min
1 hour counselling session for a minor (18 & under) in our office or over online video or phone; must be accompanied by a guardian
FAMILY Counselling Session - 60 min
1 hour counselling session for a family in our office or over online video or phone. Please note we can only accommodate a maximum of 4 persons in office.

1.5 hour individual counselling session in our office or over online video or phone
COUPLES Counselling Session - 90 min
1.5 hour counselling session for a couple in our office or over online video or phone

Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, e-transfer, PayPal or cash. Sorry we are not able to direct bill insurance companies at this time.
No shows are charged 100% of the session cost and same day cancellations are charged at $75 or $95 depending on type.
Above rates are subject to GST at 5%.
